Burberry said in a statement that its latest retail store in Shenzhen will use Tencent technology to help customers make appointments, earn rewards, and obtain information. This is the first store in a series of collaborations with Tencent. It will use WeChat applets to let shoppers get customer service. It is understood that Burberry and Tencent have also co-developed the 'Burberry Space' WeChat Mini Program to provide consumers with various services and content such as in-store navigation and product information. In addition, customers can also use the in-store cafe through the Mini Program.
