Taiwanese contract chipmaker TSMC (TSM:NYSE) is expected to complete the last order from Shenzhen-headquartered tech giant Huawei by September 15. Due to the Trump administration's sanctions, the foundry, which relies heavily on American equipment, can't serve HiSilicon, Huawei's semiconductor spinoff. At the moment, there are only two companies that can make advanced System-on-a-Chips (SoCs) Kirin -- TSMC and Samsung. The latter is reportedly in talks with Huawei.
