The deepened stock market reform is ongoing on the decade-old ChiNext market. The Shenzhen stock market's subsidiary board started to adopt the Star-Market-alike style. Implementing the Nasdaq-style, ChiNext welcomed the 18 IPOs on the first day. Founded in 2009, the bourse is set for high-growth companies, resembling to HKEX's GEM and Nasdaq's Growth Market. The reform lifts bars on market entry but asks for further transparency of listed companies. Sharing similarities with the Star Market, ChiNext bourse sets no limits on the first five trading days for newly-listed firms and other rules to improve the investment environment.
