After cumulative sales of more than 16,000 vehicles, Hozon Auto, the Chinese all-electric car marque manufactured by the Zhejiang Hezhong New Energy Automobile Company, is strengthening its charging services for C-end users. The firm officially launched the ‘Hozon Power-up’ service and opened its first self-built charging station in Beijing on September 15. The ‘Hozon Power-up’ service launched includes two parts: ‘Valet Power-up’ and ‘Hozon Fast Charging Station.’ The car owner can make an appointment for the power service officer to pick up the car through the official Hozon auto app. Vehicle owners can also follow the vehicle location and charging progress in real-time through the app. According to the official introduction, ‘Hozon Fast Charging Station’ is equipped with a 60kW fast charging mechanism and the company plans to build 20 of these in Beijing. Hozon auto also stated that the new ‘Hozon Power-up’ service will be rolled out in major cities across the country in the near future. Hozon Auto announced its Series C financing this July and plans to get listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board in 2021.
