According to a survey conducted by the workplace social networking platform pulse for Internet users, 49% of the respondents "have plans" to leave; 11% of the respondents "have left"; 40% of the respondents firmly choose not to leave. With the year-end bonus in place one after another, the idea of some employees leaving and job hopping has finally to be put into action. As for the question of "whether the work content and rhythm after employment are in line with the expectation", 10% of the respondents said that they "fully meet the expectation"; 53% said that they basically meet the expectation; and 6% said that they extremely do not meet the expectation. 47% of respondents would recommend their "current" company to others; 39% would not recommend it.
