According to Capitol Hill on May 4, a judge ordered Tesla on Monday to hand over a document detailing the communication between CEO Elon Musk and Tesla's internal legal adviser on the compensation plan that musk submitted to Tesla's board of directors in 2018. Shareholders accuse Tesla of approving a massive compensation plan for musk, which they believe was made by Todd Maron, Tesla's internal legal adviser, and Jonathan Chang, its internal deputy legal adviser, without listening to the board. Tesla denied these claims.
