According to the Wall Street Journal, Alex Gorsky, CEO of Johnson & Johnson, will step down after nearly 10 years at the helm and hand over the control of the company to a long-term deputy. Gorsky, 61, will become the executive chairman of Johnson & Johnson on January 3 next year. It is reported that Joaquin duato, who has been in charge of Johnson & Johnson's pharmaceutical business and later became Gorsky's deputy, will become the CEO and join the board of Johnson & Johnson.
