According to Nikkei Chinese network, JSR, a Japanese material enterprise, announced on September 17 that it would take inpria Corporation of Oregon into a wholly-owned subsidiary at the end of October. The investment in JSR is about 45 billion yen (about 2.446 billion yuan). It is reported that inpria is involved in the development and manufacture of photosensitive materials (photoresists) supporting EUV technology used in cutting-edge semiconductor micromachining.
