The judgment results of this lawsuit are as follows: Longji, the Netherlands, shall not infringe the EP 2220689 B1 patent (modified claims) owned by Hanhua in 9 European countries (sales, inducement, convenience and profit) within one working day from the date of formal service of the judgment. The company believes that this judgment lacks legal basis and factual basis, and will immediately appeal according to relevant laws to strive to lift the temporary cross-border ban as soon as possible. Since the subject of this temporary injunction is only for Longji, the behavior and customers of companies other than Longji are not subject to any restrictions of the injunction. In addition, the company has reserved and produced new technology products and reached an agreement with Hanhua on alternative technology solutions. This judgment will not have a material impact on the operation of the company.
