On the 19th, SASAC held a promotion meeting on the construction of modern industrial chain leaders of central enterprises. The meeting required that we should strengthen scientific planning, combine the enterprise's industrial foundation and characteristic advantages, focus on the right direction, sort out the list of key links, products and technologies in the industrial chain, focus on the key points and strive for practical results. We will strengthen forging strengths and make up for weaknesses, reshape industrial advantages, and constantly enhance the support capacity of key products and basic raw materials. SASAC will further study the policy list, improve classified supervision and differentiated support measures, promote the organic connection between chain length construction and current policies and systems such as assessment and incentive, state-owned capital operation budget and talent guarantee, further support industry associations, research institutions and industry experts to play an active role and create a good atmosphere for further promoting chain length construction.
