The notice also made it clear that for cities and counties where the decontamination cycle of commercial housing exceeds 24 months, the approval of new commercial housing land will be suspended, and the listing and transfer scale of commercial housing land will be controlled within 20% of the supply of the previous year; For counties and urban areas where the decontamination cycle of non residential commercial housing exceeds 36 months, the approval and listing transfer of new non residential commercial housing land shall be suspended, except for provincial and municipal key investment projects and land for logistics and gas filling stations.
