According to the Wall Street Journal, a U.S. federal appeals court on Friday approved Juul to suspend the implementation of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) order requiring the company to withdraw e-cigarettes from the U.S. market. Court documents show that the judge panel of the circuit court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., approved Juul's request on Friday afternoon to postpone the FDA's injunction. The judges wrote that the suspension of the injunction gave the court time to hear the debate, not a decision on the case.
