Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Holdings Group, founded in 1992, was listed in the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2000, is the first local financial holdings listed platform in China, has controls over several financial institutions, and is the second-largest shareholder of CITIC Securities. The business areas include securities, financial leasing, industrial fund, guarantee, microcredit and merchandise. Its major shareholders are Guangzhou Yuexiu Holding, Guangzhou State-owned Asset Development Holding, and Guangzhou Hengyun Enterprises Holdings.
