China’s car purchase company Souche announced the completion of its acquisition of CloudYoung, a Chinese cloud marketing solution provider. CloudYoung has served well-known automobile players including SAIC, GAC, Geely and Volvo. It also has a killer vertical networking app called Linglingbang for SAIC-Wuling car owners. With the help of CloudYoung’s fruitful user pool and brand awareness, Souche could expand its customer base and reputation in the car selling marketplace industry. The company has aimed at improving operation efficiency of China’s auto dealers and captured 60% of them as suppliers. Souche plans to accelerate the process when the integration with CloudYong completed.
