Huawei Opens Gigantic Flagship Store in Shanghai, Shifting Its Business Focus to Domestic Market
Huawei's globally largest flagship store is officially opened in Shanghai on June 24, 2020. The flagship store covers an area of 5,000 square meters, containing a product display zone on the first floor and a immersive experience zone of its IoT products on the second. Fancy concepts empowered by "5G +IoT" such as smart home, mobile office, healthcare and smart travel can all be well demonstrated in the store.
Challenged by restrictions from the US government, Huawei is correspondingly shift the business focus back to China's domestic market. Thus other Chinese smartphone vendors may undergo overwhelming pressures imposed by Huawei's strategic shift.
