He co-founded Green Pine Capital Partners, which provides entrepreneurs with professional advice on company strategy, technology directions, business development, financial and legal issues. To date, the total assets managed by GPCP reaches RMB 3 billion. More than 60 portfolio companies are being managed by GPCP. New investments of GPCP in 2010 exceeded RMB 600 million.
Li holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master's in Economics, an EMBA from Peking University, and is a specialist in investing in artificial intelligence, new energies and new materials. He was listed in Fortune's Top 30 Investors in China 2020, Top 100 China Investors by PEdaily, Top Venture Capitalists by Securities Times. He was recognized as 2019 Best PE Manager in China and 2019 Best VC Fund Manager by Shenzhen Private Equity Association.
Li believes that technological innovation is the only way to make us stronger. Despite the fact that innovative patterns have improved our lives, without technologies the patterns will collapse immediately. With years of sophisticated experience in investment, Li now focuses on only two sectors: digital economy and comprehensive health.
