The SaaS services company is expanding its business into marketing systems development and the digital operation sector.
Circles Technology has announced that it has raised CNY 100 million in a Series A led by SIG China, followed by Eminence Ventures and Anjuke. It is expected that this fund will be used to further develop its marketing system and digital operation services.
Founded in 2013, Circles Technology mainly provides marketing systems and digital operation services for high-net-worth industries such as real estate and automobile. Its products mainly serve two kinds of clients. First, as for institutional clients, the company has established a marketing system and efficiently promotes marketing activities. For offline stores, it provides auxiliary tools to obtain and manage customers. Now, Circles Technology has expanded from a pure SaaS tool to a product-service system for marketing and operation.
The SaaS and digital operation services company has made contracts with more than 300 real estate companies and takes part in more than 2500 real estate projects. From the perspective of profitability, the company is still mainly relying on SaaS for profit, but the proportion of revenue from operation services is rising rapidly in 2020.
