ZKNOW was founded in May 2021 by HAND Enterprise Solutions, a listed company. In recent years, HAND Enterprise Solutions has established a series of independent SaaS companies based on years of experience in digital transformation of serving customers. ZKNOW is one of them, mainly focusing on providing enterprise-level service management digital SaaS products for institute customers. In 2022, the first round of financing of ZKNOW reached 70 million CNY, which was jointly led by Matrix Partners and Blue Lake Capital, followed by Baidu Venture, and Yiren capital as the exclusive financial adviser.
