Cowin Auto has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tencent Intelligent Mobility recently.
Cowin Auto (Chinese:凯翼汽车) and Tencent Intelligent Mobility (TIM) will agree on a strategic alliance recently. In the future, the two parties will explore more cross-border cooperation and exercise innovative business practices.
Per agreement, the two companies will carry out a comprehensive cooperation regarding marketing innovation, user co-creation, and application ecology. The internet platform will drive the full link network operation of users and carry out innovations in user online services, cross-screen interconnection of car machines (e.g. Tencent Walk, Tecent Aikikai, etc.), car enthusiast clubs, product development, and design, as well as brand co-creation. Subsequently, the two companies will conduct further cooperation in infrastructure services, system services, information security, and talent co-creation and other aspects.
Tencent will leverage its user connectivity and digital application ecology to help Cowin Auto establish a full-link cycle of connectivity with users in order to better understand and serve them.
On the one hand, Tencent will provide cloud computing as the core digital infrastructure to help Cowin Auto excavate data assets in all aspects of Research and Development (R&D), production, and marketing to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Tencent will fully utilize the value of C2B user connectivity, Cloud, AI, BigData, Maps and other cutting-edge technologies to explore more new technologies, experiences, and create value in travel together with Cowin Auto.
