Autonomous driving firm Haomo.AI signed a strategic cooperation agreement with NavInfo in early September, under which both sides will co-explore the field of intelligent driving and mapping and co-build an innovation lab.

Beijing-based automated driving startup Haomo.AI (Chinese: 毫末智行) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with digital map developer NavInfo on September 5. According to the agreement, both sides will jointly carry out in-depth exploration in intelligent driving, digital map services, and data closed-loop fields.
Meanwhile, two parties will jointly launch an innovation laboratory for product and technology R&D in a forward-looking manner, aiming to accelerate cooperative product implementation.
Founded in 2019, Haomo. AI is an artificial intelligence technology company affiliated to Great Wall Motor (Chinese: 长城汽车) and dedicated to autonomous driving. It reshapes the travel and logistics industry by offering car-assisted driving products, unmanned logistics vehicle products, hardware, etc.
Haomo.AI has developed a full-stack autonomous driving solution. In April, Haomo.AI unveiled its HPilot intelligent assisted driving system, which has achieved mass production of two generations and has been implemented on numerous Great Wall Motor models, including the WEY Mocha, the TANK 300, and HAVAL Shengshou.
In the field of last-mile automatic delivery logistics vehicles, the second-generation automatic logistics vehicle "Xiaomotuo" was launched by Haomo.AI in April, which is the first CNY 100,000 (USD 14,448) automatic logistics vehicle in the industry targeting the commercial market.
Established in 2002, NavInfo (Chinese: 四维图新) is the market leader in high-precision map, high-accuracy positioning, cloud-based service platform, as well as automotive-grade semiconductors for Advanced Driver-Assistance System (ADAS) and autonomous driving.
NavInfo is becoming a prominent smart mobility solution provider in China and beyond, with its core businesses of intelligent cloud, driving, vehicle cockpit, and semiconductor. It will play a leading role in providing solutions for L2 automated driving assistance systems for several models that have been mass-produced and released to the market.
