Aiways (Chinese: 爱驰汽车) was founded as a start-up in 2017, with a mission to be a global automobile enterprise and drive forward progressive development in the automotive industry. Aiways's administrative headquarters and technology center is located in Shanghai, with a super intelligent factory in Jiangxi (China), a battery pack factory in Jiangsu (China), the European Sales Center in Munich (Europe), the methanol to hydrogen (MTH) research center and production base in Denmark (Europe).
Verge Auto, a local head service agency in Singapore, has built a powerful Mobility as a Service (Maas) platform for electric vehicles. The system covers the whole sales process, aiming to achieve 100% visibility and accuracy through blockchain technology. Therefore, revolutionize the way cars are sold.
Verge Auto accounts about 80% share of the digital media solutions (DMS) market in Singapore and has a 70% share in Southeast Asia. Verge Auto, with more than 5,000 partner dealers, has signed agreements with leading car dealers to distribute vehicles in Southeast Asia. Cooperating with Verge Auto will help Aiways to quickly expand market in Southeast Asia and accelerate its progress of globalization.
