Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Shanghai, SIFLI (Chinese: 思澈科技(上海)有限公司) is a high-tech company focusing on the design and application of embedded artificial intelligence IoT platforms. It completed a series A+ funding round worth hundreds of millions of CNY in August 2022, led by Beijing Lanpu Capital Management, with participation by Legend Capital, Cedarlake Capital and Weiran Capital. SIFLI will use the capital for the marketing of MCU products, R&D investment, expanding product lines and recruiting more talent.

SIFLI has a solid technical background, and the team members include experts from Marvell, Broadcom, Amazon, Raidec and MediaTek. SIFLI 's products serve the purpose of data collection, processing and AI analysis processing for IOT sensors, guaranteeing the comprehensive requirements of AIoT scenarios in terms of arithmetic power, efficiency, cost, real-time performance, and data security. The relevant application includes intelligent wearable devices, medical equipment, intelligent home appliances, technical terminal devices and smart buildings.

It is worth noting that SIFLI chips are designed based on industrial standards and could function perfectly between the temperature range of -45 degrees to 85 degrees, which suggests its application on cars. The development of the Chinese automotive industry has been limited due to the lack of chips, and MCU chips are one of them. It is not hard to say this could contribute to the future growth of SIFLI company, especially since the demand for domestic MCU chips continues to rise.

SIFLI 's competitors include Analog Devices, Cypress, Infineon, Maxim Integrated, Maxim Integrated, NXP, ON Semiconductor, Panasonic, Renesas Electronics and STMicroelectronics.
