Audfly has completed the mass production and commercial application of Focusound Screen® technology. Customers have covered the head manufacturers in the fields of smart cockpit, laptop, desktop monitor, TV, mobile phone, and entered the office, home and car scenes.
Audfly, a leading innovative acoustic technology company in China, announced that it has raised nearly CNY100 million in Series B financing round. The investment was led by SND Group(Chinese：苏高新集团) and Bohai Securities(Chinese：渤海创富), followed by the existing shareholders from the previous round. Proceeds from this round will mainly be used to build Focusound Screen® production lines, various laboratories and other facilities, develop product categories in the consumer and intelligent cockpit fields, and accelerate the release of consumer end products under its own brand.
Audfly was established in March 2015, focusing on directional sound technology and applications, and launched Focusound Screen®, a directional sound technology polyphonic screen that uses a revolutionary audio technology to create sound in a narrow beam.The team of technical personnel accounts for more than about 70%, and more than 95% have a bachelor's degree or above. In terms of patent technology, Audfly has more than 250 patents in China, USA and France. Focusound Screen® is Audfly's original technology, which uses transparent composite polymer film material to form a three-dimensional microstructure sound generating unit at the micron level. At the same time, Audfly's self-invented multi-channel acoustic radiation signal processing algorithm and proprietary hardware, software and hardware combination to achieve directional sound from the screen.
