This matrix includes a "domestic chip" server, a cloud server cartography, a cloud computer, a cloud sea storage all-in-one machine, and a Damon+ cloud sea storage all-in-one machine. These offerings contribute significantly to the process of localization, transitioning from a state of mere availability to high quality. Moreover, it fosters the seamless integration of digital technology with tangible industries, thereby promoting a deeper level of synergy between the two domains.

During the 618 Festival in 2021, Jingdong intelligent customer service cumulative consulting service volume exceeded 490 million times. The integrated intelligent customer service system, known as "Jing Xiaozhi" (Chinese: 京小智), encompassed intelligent customer service, intelligent marketing, and intelligent analysis and decision-making capabilities. The total number of consultation guides received by this system reached 56.46 million, exhibiting a year-on-year increase of 61%, bringing efficiency, experience and revenue growth to over 160,000 businesses in JD.com.

 

On December 22, 2022, IDC, a leading IT market research and advisory firm, released the report China Financial Cloud Market (H1 2022) Tracker, in which JD Cloud ranked in the top five in China's financial cloud (platform) solutions sub-market. The report shows that JD Cloud is growing rapidly in the platform solutions business, with a market share of 11.1% in the first half of 2022 and a year-on-year growth rate of 45%.

 

In overseas business, JD Cloud provides a full chain of overseas services to accelerate Chinese enterprises to go global. In terms of cross-border e-commerce parks, JD Cloud plays a significant role in facilitating the international expansion of Chinese enterprises through its support in establishing digital economy industrial parks. Notably, the establishment of a cross-border e-commerce park in Huizhou in 2020 has emerged as a prominent exemplar within the industry. In 2022, JD Cloud launched the one-stop cross-border e-commerce comprehensive service manager - Haiketong 1.0 (Chinese: 海客通), which can provide global store entry, independent station SaaS construction, multi-platform product selection and other analysis guidance for enterprises going abroad.

 

The major competitors of JD Cloud include representative Chinese companies including Tencent Cloud (Chinese: 腾讯云) and Ali Cloud (Chinese: 阿里云), as well as international players such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure from the United States.
