According to EqualOcean, the smart fitness brand SPEEDIANCE(速境)has recently successfully completed two consecutive rounds of funding, raising a total of CNY 50 million. The funding was led by Oriza holdings(元禾原点)and Haiyi Investment(海益资本), with participation from FREES FUND(峰瑞资本) and Rongda CVC(融大CVC).

Established in 2020, SPEEDIANCE is a sports technology brand dedicated to developing scientifically advanced and engaging smart fitness product series and high-quality content. With a focus on strength training, SPEEDIANCE creates intelligent home fitness devices that integrate hardware, content, AI personal training, and social community. The company aims to help individuals create intelligent fitness environments and adopt healthier and happier lifestyles.

SPEEDIANCE's products are characterized by core technologies such as direct-drive motor control and digital software platforms. The company has developed digital strength fitness equipment, revolutionizing traditional fitness methods. It has introduced two products, "GYM MONSTER" and "GYM PAL," targeting individual users. By using "digital weight" instead of physical weight, SPEEDIANCE ensures effective workouts while addressing the convenience issues associated with traditional fitness methods. A study by iResearch(艾瑞咨询) Consulting reveals that the hardware sales revenue of the smart fitness market in Europe and the United States has already reached CNY tens of billion. It is estimated that the domestic smart fitness market will exceed CNY 82 billion after 2025.

Apart from players in the online fitness industry like Keep, Codoon(咕咚), LEFIT(乐刻运动), and Fiture, major technology giants such as Huawei(华为), Xiaomi(小米), Honor(荣耀), Oppo, and Baidu(百度) are actively entering this sector. This trend is not limited to China; globally, companies like Peloton, Mirror, Tempo, and Tonal, as well as tech giants Amazon, Google, Facebook, and Apple, are competing in the sports and fitness field.

Prior to this, SPEEDIANCE had already completed angel and pre-Series A funding rounds in 2021 and 2022, respectively. The aforementioned funding will be used to enhance product lines and expand market share.
