AliExpress continues to invest heavily in brand expansion overseas
In 2024, 95% of the brands that cooperated with AliExpress's Big Save program have seen their platform sales increase to over USD 1 million (CNY 7.2 million). In 2025, AliExpress plans to support another 1,000 new brands through the Big Save program, aiming to help them achieve annual sales exceeding USD 1 million. The key blue ocean categories include intelligent robots, energy storage batteries, VR glasses, IP toys, headphones, etc.
The Big Save channel on AliExpress was launched at the beginning of 2024. It is the "Number One Project" of AliExpress in 2024, and the recruitment targets include cross-border top sellers, Tmall brand merchants, etc. Merchants who settle in can enjoy benefits such as brand logo certification, priority display, and traffic subsidies.
On March 11, Unitree Robotics reached an official cooperation with AliExpress. Its official store is expected to be officially launched on AliExpress around mid-March. The first batch of products to be listed for sale includes the robot dog Go 2, special accessories for robot dogs, 4D lidar, and stereoscopic cameras. All products will be included in the Big Save program.
In 2024, with the support of the Big Save program, Magcubic, a projector brand from Shenzhen, rose from an unknown brand to the top 10 in global shipment volume. It achieved a single-day single-product sales volume of 20,000 units on the platform and nearly USD 10 million in monthly revenue.
