(广东天机智能系统有限公司), also known as Tianji Intelligent / Tianji Robotics (天机智能), officially completed RMB 1 billion Series B and B+ financing rounds, with a post-investment valuation reaching RMB 8 billion, joining the ranks of unicorns. This round of financing was co-led by GL Ventures / Hillhouse Ventures (高瓴创投) and Meituan Strategic Investment (美团战投), with participation from Tencent (腾讯), Gaorong Capital (高榕资本), Luminous Ventures (光合创投), and GGV Capital / Granite Asia (纪源资本), among others, with Cygnus Equity (高鹄资本) serving as the exclusive financial advisor.

It is reported that this round of financing will be mainly used for R&D, mass production, and the construction of a global sales network to further consolidate Tianji Intelligent’s (天机智能) leading advantages in embodied intelligent core components, system capabilities, and product platforms, consolidate the industry status of force-controlled humanoid dual-arm robots as the world's No. 1 brand, and accelerate becoming a globally leading embodied intelligent infrastructure platform company.

Tianji Intelligent (天机智能) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Everwin Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (长盈精密, Stock Code: 300115), established in 2015. Formerly the internal automation division of Shenzhen Everwin Precision Technology Co., Ltd. As the world's first company to self-develop MEMS joint torque sensors for enterprises landing robot joints, multiple key indicators lead the industry: absolute accuracy of joint force control ≤0.3N・m, repeatability up to ±0.03mm, and torque loop bandwidth up to 160Hz;

In terms of dual-arm control, Tianji Intelligent (天机智能) self-developed a one-master-two-slave dual-arm collaborative architecture, achieving millisecond-level synchronous control. In terms of force control performance and control response, the control latency is as low as 5ms, and the average trajectory error is only 1.89mm;

In addition, its lightweight integrated joint products are outstanding in strength, with the optimal weight for the same load specification. The main model features a single arm self-weight of 8kg and can carry a 5kg load, achieving a load-to-weight ratio of 62.5%. Second is large-scale mass production. The embodied intelligence industry is at a critical stage of moving from prototypes to large-scale implementation. After this round of financing, Tianji Intelligent (天机智能) will further increase the automation rate and first-pass yield of the production line, and push the 10,000-unit delivery capability to a higher level, meeting the upcoming large-scale demand of the Embodied AI industry;

Third is the construction of a global sales network. On the basis of serving 45 existing global top OEM manufacturers, Tianji Intelligent (天机智能) will accelerate the layout of localized sales and technical support teams in overseas markets such as North America, serve international top embodied intelligence enterprises, and enter their core supply chain systems.
