Xindong Semiconductor was established in 2022 and focuses on the development of third-generation SiC power semiconductor modules and application solutions. In February 2023, their third-generation semiconductor module packaging and testing project began construction in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, and the first production line was put into operation in October. The factory has a total investment of 800 million yuan, covers an area of about 30,000 square meters, and is expected to have an annual production capacity of 1.2 million sets of automotive-grade modules.
