Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd.(苏州东山精密制造股份有限公司), known as DSBJ, disclosed a final Hong Kong offer price of HK$86.80 per share ahead of its scheduled October 28 main-board debut. The offering would give the Chinese electronics manufacturer an additional offshore financing channel as it expands its printed circuit board and optical communications businesses.

The final price is approximately 7.5% below the previously disclosed maximum of HK$93.80. That difference should be distinguished from a reduction in an already agreed offer price. Likewise, brokerage margin-financing figures represent only part of retail demand and cannot establish the final public subscription level or investors’ eventual allocations.

DSBJ supplies printed circuit boards, precision components, optical communications products and display-related components. Its international expansion has included acquisitions of MFLEX(维信电子), Multek(超毅电子)and Source Photonics(索尔思光电), adding flexible circuits, rigid boards and optical communications capabilities to its manufacturing portfolio.

The company plans to use offering proceeds for production facilities and upgrades, potential strategic investments or acquisitions, and other business requirements. Approximately one-fifth is earmarked for potential strategic investments and acquisitions. An offshore fundraising platform could support those activities, although an allocation in the prospectus does not establish that a specific acquisition has been agreed.

For Chinese electronics suppliers, Hong Kong fundraising can complement overseas manufacturing and customer development. Access to capital matters as customers demand additional capacity, technical upgrades and delivery across multiple locations. Its value ultimately depends on whether investment produces qualified capacity and sustained orders.

The offering remains a financing milestone rather than evidence of improved operating performance. Before the scheduled debut, pricing, allotment and listing should also be treated as separate steps. After listing, the more useful measures will be how DSBJ deploys the proceeds, whether new capacity meets customer requirements, and whether acquisitions strengthen earnings and cash generation.
