SHEIN(希音)announced a further EUR 500 million investment to expand its European logistics hub near Wrocław, Poland. The company said the investment would bring its cumulative spending in Poland since 2022 to EUR 1 billion and support faster order fulfilment across Europe.

The expansion will increase warehouse space by approximately 25% to nearly 1 million square metres, according to SHEIN. The site will use more than 6,500 autonomous robots for tasks including inventory replenishment, sorting and order preparation.
SHEIN expects its workforce in Poland to reach 10,000 by the end of 2026. The company also said more than 230 Polish small and medium-sized businesses work with its operations.
The Wrocław hub is already part of SHEIN’s European logistics network. Additional storage and automation capacity will allow the company to hold more inventory within the region and support its marketplace, where European brands and retailers sell to customers across multiple countries.
The investment comes as European rules change the cost of direct-to-consumer imports from outside the EU. Local inventory can shorten some delivery routes, while requiring warehouse capacity, stock planning and coordination with suppliers. The expanded hub will give SHEIN more flexibility in how it fulfils European orders.
