Dec 10, 2018/EqualOcean/--G7 networks, a leading Internet of Things (IoT) technology company in China, has closed its latest USD 320 million funding led by Hopu Fund(厚朴资本), followed by CBC Capital(宽带资本), Canada Zhihui International Financial Group, Mount Morning Capital(晨山资本), Total Energy Ventures, TH Capital(泰合资本). Its existing investors GLP, BOCGI and Tencent participated in this new funding round. TH Capital served as exclusive financial advisor in the transaction. G7 has seized more than USD 500 million last year.
G7 was included in Gartner's 2018 Market Guide for Transportation Mobility Technology. Gartner's inclusion of G7 is indicative of the increasing transparency necessitated by today's advanced technologies.
