The firm has provided services to more than 60,000 primary and secondary schools and 4,000 education and training institutions. In the first quarter of this year, more than 10 million students used Squirrel AI's system services.

This C1 round of investment was backed by SIG, CITIC Securities, and NGP. It is worth noting that this is the third time that SIG has invested in the firm. The round included investors such as Nokia Growth Fund, Jinglin Investment, New Oriental and TAL.
The AI education brand was founded back in 2014 and has expanded from C-end to B-end with the school end becoming an education AI SaaS company.
Squirrel AI believes that the core feature of AI intelligent adaptive education is to accurately locate loopholes in student learning through knowledge graphs and algorithms, so as to target weaknesses. According to the company through the precise positioning of the AI intelligent adaptation system, most children only need to learn 20% of the homework and less than 20% of the questions to get the same teaching effect hence improving learning efficiency.
