Tencent has invested in FJ Dynamics to the tune of more than CNY 100 million since May 2020.
The company will use the funds raised to develop its robot automation technology suite in agriculture, facility management, construction, and horticulture, and support the growing demand for ESG (environment, social responsibility, and corporate governance) products provided by the company in more than 60 countries and regions.
FJ Dynamics initially focused on the research and development of agricultural robots, and then gradually expanded to the fields of building construction and industrial automation, providing a full set of unmanned and digital solutions.
The main products and solutions of FJ Dynamics are in the field of intelligent agriculture, including agricultural robot automatic driving system, agricultural terminal monitoring terminal, intelligent tractor, intelligent plant protection machine, intelligent harvester, and other intelligent agricultural robots.
40% of the company's sales occur in around 60 countries and regions outside China. Microsoft azure is its main cloud partner outside China; it can realize "elastic deployment while meeting data privacy requirements such as GDPR."
