Vulcan Technology, an intelligent industrial networking solution provider, received a hundred million in strategic funding led by INNO-CHIP, VeriSilicon, and Sunic Capital.
The funds will be used to strengthen the collaboration with industry leaders in the fields of industrial networking and data transmission.
Vulcan Technology was founded in 2019 to provide an innovative intelligent industrial networking solution to a wide range of scenarios, such as robots, smart homes, smart factories, smart vehicles with the passive optical network system. Vulcan has taped out its system on a chip (SoC) chips and is currently forming partnerships with top players in the edge intelligence industry, to facilitate the intelligentization of downstream industries and remove roadblocks to edge computing development.
Vulcan’s CEO Chunchao Li claims that its goal is to provide a secure, reliable, adaptable, and low-latency industrial end-to-end solution that supports the use of artificial intelligence processors and smart sensors.
According to Long Liang, the managing director of INNO-CHIP, the next AI megatrend will be the use of robots that integrates algorithms, sensors, and computing performance, and the transmission system that mimic neural network, which Vulcan's product will serve is the key. Vulcan Technology's work lays a solid foundation for intelligent robots and applications, and the company has a bright future under the leadership of Chunchao Li, an expert in the field.
