3D Machine Vision Firm Insnex Bags Hundreds of Mns of CNY From Series A

3D machine vision firm Insnex completed its Series A financing round worth hundreds of millions of CNY, led by Hidden Hill Capital and Eastern Bell Capital. The company focuses on the research and development of vision platforms, 3D+AI vision, and high-precision guidance systems.

Insnex (Chinese: 苏映视), a provider of three-dimensional (3D) vision + AI detection systems, announced a Series A round of financing worth hundreds of millions of CNY, led by Hidden Hill Capital and Eastern Bell Capital, news portal Lieyunwang.com reported.

Existing shareholder Oriza Seed Capital also participated in this round. The money will be used on the R&D of products and the expansion of capacity.

The team focuses on the research and development of general vision platforms, 3D+AI vision technology, and high-precision guidance systems. Since 2021, breakthroughs have been made in many scenarios of technology landing, especially in the rapidly developing lithium battery industry.

After nearly five years of in-depth pre-research and development in the industry, Insnex's expert team has put forward advanced technical concepts and solutions for large-scale 3D measurement, 3D defect detection, 3D high-precision guidance, and other industry problems, and finally achieving mass production.

Insnex has accumulated a large number of application cases and clients in the automotive, electronics, robotics, new energy, and other industries, covering these industries specifically in auto parts, new energy, electronics, automation equipment, healthcare, semiconductor, and steel logistics.

The company’s competitors include Visual Touring (Chinese: 拓视觉), Dlo Scan (Chinese: 德利欧), Smart Eye Tech (Chinese: 深慧视), Cognex Corporation, and Omron Corporation.
