Yiwise.AI (Chinese: 一知智能), an Hangzhou-based firm specialising in natural language processing technologies, has closed its Series B funding round worth over CNY 100 million (USD 14.95 million).
Kaitai Capital (Chinese: 凯泰资本), Yealink (Chinese: 亿联凯泰), and CITIC Securities (600030) (Chinese: 中信证券) poured money into the deal.
The proceeds will be used to develop the algorithm, upgrade products, build teams, and expand new businesses.
Founded in 2017, the SaaS service provider aims to help enterprises reach users through telephone, WeChat, SMS and other channels and realize intelligent operation. Yiwise focuses on human-computer voice interaction technology and develops three core algorithms–– speech recognition, semantic understanding, and speech synthesis.
Yiwise’s competitors include BYAI (Chinese: 百应科技), Qiyu (Chinese: 网易七鱼), and Sobot (Chinese: 智齿客服). Yiwise expects to stand out in the industry through its focus on the iteration of human-machine interaction technology.
