Warehouse Integration Company FineEX Completes Over CNY 100 Mn D+ Round of Financing

Shanghai Fineex Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FineEX", Chinese: 发网集团), headquartered in Shanghai, recently announced the completion of Series D+ financing of over CNY 100 million (USD 13.97 million), led by Jia Fu Zeda (Chinese: 嘉富泽达). The financing funds will be used to further strengthen the digitalization of the entire supply chain and the intelligent construction of the warehouse operation, the construction of the intelligent IOT industrial park and the core resources to accelerate the coverage of FineEX's national warehouse network.

Founded in 2006, FineEX is a pioneer in the domestic e-commerce warehousing and distribution industry, mainly providing integrated logistics supply chain services for brand owners and channel traders. Up to now, it has served over 2,500 brand customers, covering nearly 350 million consumers, and its warehouse network covers the whole country. At present, FineEX has over 600 warehouses across China, with a storage area of over 4.5 million square meters, covering various types of warehouses such as RDC, FDC, shared warehouses and cross-border warehouses. After this round of financing, FineEX will accelerate the layout of the national three-tier warehouse network and upgrade the operation and management capacity.

FineEX aims to enhance the resilience and flexibility of its supply chain system through the integration of digital intelligence technology. The company's strategic plan involves expanding the coverage of digital software as a service (SaaS) and expediting the upgrade and iteration of production intelligence hardware in warehouses. Additionally, FineEX establishes tailored omnichannel supply chain strategies and 3PL warehouse and distribution optimization approaches to cater to the varying requirements of its clients and collaborators.

As a logistics digital intelligence lighthouse project, the first intelligent IOT industrial park project in East China, initiated by FineEX, has entered the full construction stage, with a total investment of CNY 1 billion. After completion, it is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 10,000 sets of intelligent logistics equipment, with an annual fulfillment order scale of more than 100 million, supporting nearly CNY 20 billion of social retail business for brand customers.

The major competitors of FineEX include Chinese representatives such as Yunqing Supply Chain (Chinese: 云擎供应链) and JD Logistics (Chinese: 京东物流), as well as international players such as DHL from Germany and Fedex from the US.
