QuickCEP, a Chinese brand marketing SaaS for overseas marketing, recently completed a new round of strategic financing of CNY tens of millions on June 26. The financing funds will be used to build the next generation of CEP (Customer Engagement Platform) products driven by large language models and to expand overseas business.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Beijing, QuickCEP focuses on providing SaaS marketing tools for cross-border independent websites for overseas users, mainly through customer data platforms, shopping guide bots and marketing automation to reach independent website users at all shopping nodes to improve consumer conversion rates. In 2021, the team officially entered the overseas market, providing global customer interactive marketing platform SaaS products for Chinese enterprises and overseas enterprises.
As the overseas traffic dividend fades, companies need the ultimate shopping experience, quality after-sales service, and positive consumer interaction in addition to their own superior products and differentiation. Based on the needs, QuickCEP's business model provides brands with SaaS marketing tools that reach consumers at every point of their shopping journey to increase conversion rates. So far, QuickCEP has served hundreds of overseas brands in consumer electronics, smart home, fashion and apparel categories, including POPMart, PatPat, Cider, Naturehike, Creality(创想三维), ELEGOO(智能派), Sailvan(赛维时代), etc.
For overseas business, QuickCEP's products are first focused on Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and other countries where the digital economy and Internet are developing rapidly. QuickCEP has already expanded its business in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Japan, and has served a number of overseas local enterprise customers.
Regarding the marketing SaaS company, representative companies in China include EC SCRM, Scrumball, Huiju(荟聚), Jing digital, Xiaoliebian(小裂变) and Dongdong(咚咚来客), while representative companies overseas include Sprinklr, SproutSocial, and GRIN.
