With the rapid development of IoT, robotics and AI inspection technology in recent years, the acoustic inspection industry is constantly flooded with new sources of vitality, the demand for new scenarios continues to explode, and the market potential is huge. IMARC GROUP report shows that the global market size of acoustic imagers will reach 379 million USD in 2028.
Xunsheng was founded in 2018 and has completed two rounds of financing in 2018 and 2021. As an acoustic AI inspection instrument and equipment manufacturer with "machine hearing" as the core, Xunsheng focuses on researching and developing acoustic AI monitoring instruments and equipment for environmental sound signal detection, identification, sound source localization and related acoustic AI monitoring. AI monitoring instruments and equipment R & D and design, has released handheld acoustic detectors and other acoustic instruments, acoustic vibration electronic sentinel acoustic equipment, widely used in electric power, industry, coal mining, security and other fields of 20 + vertical application scenarios, service 100 + industrial customers.
Acoustic AI detection combines acoustic technology and AI algorithms to improve detection efficiency in tasks such as sound scene classification, abnormal sound monitoring, sound event identification and localization, and sound event monitoring. Compared with traditional detection methods based on electrical, chemical, and optical characteristics, acoustic AI inspection has the advantages of non-contact measurement and early fault detection and localization. It can realize non-intrusive charged sound acquisition and detection outside the equipment and identify faults and predictive maintenance at an early stage through sound signals, achieving higher accuracy, localization precision and lower false detection rate.
Xunsheng's acoustic AI inspection instruments and equipment are mainly used in various segmented scenes in the large industrial field. Xiang Bin, founder of Xunsheng, said that the company's commercialization is mainly to do subtraction. The large industrial field has many complex scenarios, and only by devoting ourselves to subdivided scenarios can we make high-barrier and standardized products. The company's highest level of commercialization of acoustic imager, for example, the product is mainly based on acoustic transmitter array measurement technology, by measuring the acoustic wave in a certain space to obtain the microphone signal phase difference, based on the phased array principle to determine the location of the sound source, measure the amplitude of the sound source, and display the distribution of the sound source in space in the form of an image, which can be applied in the power distribution network and compressed gas leakage and other scenes to realize the "sound field imaging".
At the same time, Xunsheng forces robotic inspection to further improve the efficiency of inspection solutions. In April this year, Yu Shu technology robot dog equipped with Xunsheng airborne micro-acoustic camera, the camera as the "ears of the robot" to achieve real-time detection and processing of environmental sound signals, realizing the detection of high-frequency signals, identification and positioning of equipment, from the auditory dimension for the empowerment of mobile robots.
In terms of software, Xunsheng has not only accumulated algorithms in acoustic positioning and acoustic detection but also accumulated a large amount of vertical industry know-how and data in actual application scenarios, so that the algorithms and data, know-how and core scenarios can be matched.
With the core barriers established in hardware and software, Xunsheng will successfully go to sea in 2023. Xiang Bin, the founder of Xunsheng, said that Xunsheng's acoustic imager had achieved the highest imaging sensitivity and stability of similar localized products, and will go to sea in Russia, Spain and other countries due to its high-cost performance, and will further build the domestic and international sales network in 2024.
This round of financing was led by Xi'an Talent Fund (Chinese: 西安市人才基金). This round of financing will mainly be used for the R&D of new product technology, expansion of domestic and international sales teams, and establishment of production and testing lines.
