SleekFlow, a prominent Omnichannel Conversational AI Suite provider for customer engagement, has successfully raised $7 million (MYR 30 million) in a Series A+ funding round led by South Korea's Atinum Investment. This latest funding brings the company’s total capital raised to $15 million (MYR 65.5 million).
This investment round also saw participation from existing investors, including the AEF Greater Bay Area Fund, managed by Gobi Partners GBA and Transcend Capital Partners, as well as new investor Moses Tsang, former General Partner at Goldman Sachs Group and Chairman of Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC.
The newly acquired funds will be instrumental in accelerating SleekFlow’s global expansion, particularly in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Additionally, the investment will support advancements in AI technology, including analytics and marketing workflows, as well as expansion into new communication channels such as calls and emails.
Henson Tsai, founder and CEO of SleekFlow, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership with Atinum Investment. "With the recent appointment of our CTO, Gao Lei, a veteran from Silicon Valley, we have intensified our engineering efforts to lead in innovative technology and advanced AI," Tsai stated. He highlighted Gao's role in enhancing SleekFlow’s technology infrastructure to meet market demands.
"We are more ambitious than ever, developing fully automated sales and support journeys across various channels to deliver exceptional value to our clients in industries such as insurance, healthcare, telecom, and retail," Tsai added.
As the Conversational AI Market is forecasted to grow from $13.2 billion in 2024 to $49.9 billion by 2030, SleekFlow aims to establish itself as the premier customer engagement solution. By integrating conversations, product catalogs, payment solutions, and order management, SleekFlow offers a comprehensive platform that enhances customer interactions—all from a single, intuitive interface.
SleekFlow is recognized as a Meta Verified Partner and a WhatsApp BSP Select Tier partner, serving a diverse clientele including Delonghi, Hilton Dubai, L’Occitane, and Audi. These organizations have leveraged SleekFlow’s robust solutions to streamline their operations using omnichannel conversational AI.
Peter Na, regional head of the Singapore office at Atinum Investment, noted, "SleekFlow is at the forefront of the rapidly evolving customer engagement market, addressing the dynamic needs of enterprise clients. Their localized strategies have enabled expansion beyond Asia into new markets in the Middle East and South America. We are committed to supporting their ongoing global growth."
