The gw4n20 engine, which has just been listed in the "China heart" top 10 engines list in 2020, uses core technologies such as Miller cycle, with thermal efficiency of 38.3%, maximum power of 180kW and maximum torque of 385n · M. 9dct transmission is the world's first horizontal 9-speed wet dual clutch transmission. It adopts a lot of cutting-edge technologies such as the built-in integrated TCU. Compared with the 7dct transmission, the comprehensive efficiency is increased by 3.5%, the load torque is increased by 54%, the weight is reduced by nearly 10%, and the carrying length is shortened by nearly 10%. The two work together to form the most valuable high-efficiency fuel powertrain of Great Wall Motors, further meeting the needs of users with "strong power and low fuel consumption". The new generation of powertrain, engine, transmission and related control software are independently developed by Great Wall Motors. In the honeycomb yichuangyangyang Industrial Park, 10 (abb / FANUC) robots are equipped in the transmission assembly workshop alone. The industrial park is expected to have an annual production capacity of 2.5 million units and an annual total output value of more than 10 billion yuan.
