Yonghui Supermarket: joint venture with Tencent venture capital
Yonghui supermarket announced that the company, Tencent venture capital and other investors subscribed for the new registered capital of Yonghui Caishi fresh Development Co., Ltd. of RMB 154 million, with the consideration of RMB 1 billion and each additional registered capital of RMB 6.5. After the completion of the capital increase, the company and Tencent venture capital respectively hold 32.33% and 4.00% equity of caishixian.
