Today, Didi released the 2020 annual report on safety transparency. The report points out that during the period from January 1 to December 31, 2020, customer service of didi hitchhiker received 1474 safety complaints from users about in car disputes, 45% of which were false. Among the 816 complaints verified to be effective, there were 460 complaints from car owners against passengers, accounting for 56%, and 356 complaints from passengers against car owners, accounting for 44%.
