On August 13, EU Auto News, today, Hesai officially released the long-range hybrid solid-state lidar - at128 for mass production of ADAS front assembly. According to Hesai technology, at128 is ADAS lidar and the only one in the market that meets the long-range requirements at the same time( 200m@10 %) and ultra high frequency (1.53 million per second, single echo) vehicle specification level front mounted mass production lidar. At128 has been designated by a number of top automobile manufacturers with a total of more than 1.5 million units, and will be mass produced and delivered in 2022. In order to support the rapid growth of mass production orders, Hesai is building a Hesai "Maxwell" intelligent manufacturing center with a construction area of more than 60000 square meters and a design annual production capacity of more than one million units, which is expected to be fully put into operation in 2022. As a laser radar for front loading and mass production, the positioning of at128 is a vehicle specification level ultra-high reliability radar, and follows the whole process closed-loop vehicle specification level requirements from design to verification. The core parts of at128 adopt vehicle gauge devices (meeting aec-q and other relevant standards). The DV test covers more than 50 vehicle gauge level tests such as electrical, mechanical, climate, sealing, materials and electromagnetic compatibility in accordance with international OEM standards.
