The attorneys general of three US states and Washington, D.C., filed a lawsuit on January 24 local time, accusing Google of cheating consumers to share their location data, the Capitol Hill reported. According to the content of the lawsuit, Google has made misleading promises to ensure users' privacy since at least 2014, and is also suspected of using user interface skills to let users inadvertently share more data against their will.
