It adopts embedded flash technology. When processing AI operation, the working power consumption is the lowest 50ua, the power consumption under peak computing power is as low as 5mA, the standby is 1uA, the neural network model parameters can reach 1.8mb, and the AI peak computing power can reach 50gops.
