Five departments issue documents to manage new business forms such as "script killing" and "secret room escape"

The Ministry of culture and tourism and other five departments recently jointly issued a notice to bring into the management for the first time the new business forms of script entertainment business places that have developed rapidly in recent years, such as "script killing" and "secret room escape". The notice clearly states that a script entertainment business place shall register with the local market regulatory authority at or above the county level and obtain a business license according to law, and its business scope shall be registered as "script entertainment activities". The address of the business site and the name, author, brief introduction, age range and other information of the script used by the site shall be informed for filing. It is worth mentioning that the notice specifically proposed to strengthen the protection of minors: it is required that the scripts used in the entertainment business premises should be provided with age appropriate prompts, indicating the age appropriate range; If the set scene is not suitable for minors, it shall be prompted at a prominent position, and minors shall not be allowed to enter; It is clear that except for national legal holidays, rest days and winter and summer holidays, script entertainment business places shall not provide script entertainment activities to minors.
