On July 14, the State Council Information Office held a press conference on China’s import and export performance in the first half of 2025. The spokesperson of General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC), Lv Daliang stated that since December 1 of last year, China has granted zero tariffs on all products under the Harmonized System (HS) to the Least Developed Countries (LDCs) that have established diplomatic relations with China.
