Hua Hong Semiconductor, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Hong Kong, is a global, leading pure-play foundry with specialty process platforms uniquely focused on embedded non-volatile memory (“eNVM”), power discrete, analog & power management, and logic & RF. Established by Zhang Suxin, it went public on Hong Kong Stock Exchange in October 2014. Hua Hong Semiconductor's major shareholders are Huahong Group, Xinxin (Hong Kong) Investment, Sino-Alliance, and NEC Corporation.
