Inspur, founded in October 1998 and headquartered in Jinan, is a supplier of computer platforms and solutions for IT applications. The founder is Sun Pishu. The company went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on June 8, 2000. Its major shareholders are Inspur Group Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Securities Clearing Co., Ltd. and China Construction Bank Corporation. Inspur's direct and indirect competitors include Microsoft, Inspur Group, Alibaba, Huawei, ByteDance, Tencent, Beijing Yidong Fenxiang Tecnology, Slack, Kingdee Software and Weaver.
